By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

  1. You must wear socks at all times during class (we sell grip socks in the studio if you’d like to avoid any slipping and sliding)

  2. The Starter Pack (valid for 14 days) is only available to brand new clients. You can only purchase the Starter Pack once. The Starter Pack is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking.

  3. Class Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured.

  4. As a small studio with limited spaces it’s important we have a cancellation policy in place out of respect for our instructors and our clients (we don’t like to charge unnecessary fees so please read carefully). Cancellations for all morning classes must be made by 8pm the previous evening to give other Members on waitlists a fair chance to partake in scheduled classes. All other classes on the schedule from midday onwards must be cancelled within 4 hours of class. No-shows and late absences will forfeit that session. Members will incur a $20 no show fee for classes they’re marked absent for and a $10 late cancel fee for all classes cancelled within the relevant cancellation window. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email, or social media. You can cancel via your profile on our website, or via the Glofox app. But obviously please shoot us a message afterwards if you've had to cancel because you're sick, or in the case of an emergency, so you avoid charges if the cancellation was unavoidable.

  5. Instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and instructors reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

  6. If a class you want is full, sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available, an email or text will be sent to everyone on the waitlist to notify them, and the place will go to the first person to book via the platform.

  1. The General Terms & Conditions apply to all Members as well

  2. Memberships operate on a 7 day autopay schedule from the credit card stored in our booking platform, Glofox (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified.

  3. Memberships will continue with scheduled autopays unless we are notified of a termination request in writing.

  4. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.

  5. Failed Membership payments will incur a $10 fee for every day the payment fails to process.

  6. At least 1 weeks written notice is required for membership pauses. The maximum length of each pause period available is 4 weeks (no worries if you’re going away for a longer holiday, please just chat to our team). Please email all membership pause requests to hello@sunstudiopilates.au.

  7. At least 1 weeks written notice is required to terminate membership. Please email request to hello@sunstudiopilates.au.

  8. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.

  9. We may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.
